Are YOU looking for a way to serve with flexible dates, or just want to get a taste of what STN is like, then service team is the perfect opportunity for you. Underneath the surface of STN’s multifaceted humanitarian efforts, there is a real need for servant hearted individuals to put in the work to keep STN up and running. Service Team members work hard by applying their vocational skills and talents to the many behind-the-scenes jobs that are necessary for our organization to flourish.

Community Living
Ohana means family. Family means no one gets left behind or forgotten. Here at Surfing The Nations we believe that life is meant to be shared with others so we have developed an intentional community that believes in affirmation, accountability, and serving one another. You will be living in dorm style housing with other members of the STN ohana.
Schedule
Service Team members commit to a 40 hour work week diligently fulfilling the needs of STN’s property. It is a full schedule that varies depending on department needs and projects. Service Team members can expect rewarding days spent doing anything from carpentry, cleaning, participating in community programs, gardening, childcare, beautifying the property, and much more!
Expect to work hard and learn about selfless service. We value flexibility, self-starters, and hard workers.
The Service Team volunteer schedule is typically from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Sundays and Mondays are off and you are free to surf, skate, hang out with STN Ohana, and explore the island.
