We’re looking for people who are passionate about implementing revolutionary businesses, non-profit work, and impacting communities abroad. This school is designed to give practical steps to pioneering STN bases around the world, based on our new Thruster Model.

The Thruster Model is based on the revolutionary design of a three fin surfboard created in the 1980’s that changed surf history. It represents the threefold DNA of STN comprised of non-profits,  businesses and communities that will be recreated all over the world. We plan to establish five STN bases in five continents over the next five years. We are excited to announce future STN bases in the following continents: North America, Europe, Asia, South America, Africa and Oceania. Get ready to take more risks, put footwork to the dreams inside of you and establish the revolutionary concept of STN across the globe.
