3 month program is designed to prepare anyone who has completed an STN internship and is interested in being on staff for the ins and outs of being a leader in the STN community.
This three month program is designed to prepare anyone who has completed an STN internship and is interested in being on staff for the ins and outs of being a leader in the STN community. It will push you mentally, physically, and creatively, to shift into a higher gear in every area of your life. The comradery among each new LTP is ultimately the greatest highlight of this program, giving you friendships and memories to last a lifetime. As a team, you’ll have the opportunity to pioneer STN’s presence in places we’ve never been, and take charge of some of STN’s most exciting projects and adventure the outdoor land.

The trip is designed to refine, define and challenge the students and equip them for the hardships of global humanitarian work. It develops character, teamwork, and leadership skills. It gives opportunity to learn and adapt to challenging situations. This is a land or sea adventure. The most hardcore trip STN does! Be prepared for extreme physical conditions, weather, new experiences & a demanding environment.
