Underneath the surface of STN’s multifaceted humanitarian efforts, there is a real need for servant hearted individuals to put in the work to keep STN up and running. Service Team members work hard by applying their vocational skills and talents to the many behind-the-scenes jobs that are necessary for our organization to flourish.

Here at Surfing The Nations we believe that life is meant to be shared with others so we have developed an intentional community that believes in affirmation, accountability, and serving one another. You will be living in dorm style housing with other members of the STN ohana.

Schedule

40-hour work week. While the week to week schedule is fairly consistent, every day looks different and you will always be experiencing new and exciting things throughout your time working here.
